What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

  • You have one day to report any damages or defects to us. We are not responsible for damages that occur as a result of customers moving or assembling products. We will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services.
  • If you don't plan on using your item immediately, we recommend that you inspect all of your items fully to ensure there is no damage since all damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

About washing?

  • Machine washing should be avoided as far as possible, and it is better to wash by hand;
  • When washing for the first time, adding a small amount of salt to the water can reduce the color fading of the new product during the first washing;
  • Do not soak the clothes in water containing detergent for a long time before washing, so as to avoid fading or deformation of the clothes;
  • When washing, add an appropriate amount of neutral detergent (without bleach) to clean water at a temperature not exceeding 40°C. After dissolving evenly, soak the clothes for about 5 minutes, then lightly rub the stained part, and then rinse with clean water;
  • Please wash it as soon as possible when it is stained with oil stains, stains or wet with sweat or rain to avoid odor and breeding of bacteria;
  • Clothes of different colors should be washed separately to avoid staining when mixed;
  • Do not fold the clothes when they are not dry, and turn them over to dry to slow down the color fading of the clothes;
  • Do not rub against hard objects, coarse clothes or chemical fiber clothes with static electricity for a long time, so as to prevent the clothes from pilling and affecting the wearing experience;
  • Avoid contact with corrosive substances to avoid damage to clothing;
  • Do not iron the rubber part of the garment at high temperatures.

Do the clothes smell bad?

There is no unpleasant smell. Our clothes are made of soft and high-quality materials, which will not make you itch. Don’t worry.

Chromatic aberration?

All the pictures of our products are taken in kind, and the color of the pictures is corrected by professional designers according to the products. However, due to different light, angle, and display contrast, there will be some color differences.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. Therefore, you may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order containing multiple items shipped at different times.
